A: Splice communications is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, Pacific Time.
Emergency support is available 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Q: How do I change the system time on our Iwatsu phones?
A: From the attendant or reception phone press feat#1
Enter password: 2349
Press 7
Press 03 to enter class 03
The current time will be displayed
Enter the new time in military format with your keypad
When finished entering the time you will need to press the last key
on the right on your 3rd row of keys.
To exit programming lift the handset and hang back up.
